Course Overview
The Cisco Data Centre Unified Computing Implementation (DCUCI) training course has been designed to cover the deployment and operation of a Cisco Unified Computing System (Cisco UCS). Candidates are taught how to configure and manage Cisco UCS servers with consolidated I/O networking for LAN and SAN connectivity and will learn how to virtualize server properties to enable simple and rapid mobility of server operating system images between physical servers. The inclusion of hands-on practical labs enable candidates to gain experience in configuring fault tolerance, implementing a multi-tenant management model, backing up and restoring system configurations as well as how to make the most of the monitoring and troubleshooting tools built into Cisco UCS Manager.Target Audience
Candidates who should consider attending the DCUCI 642-994 Cisco training course include experienced Cisco Server Administrators, Network and/or Systems Engineers who are involved in the deployment of Cisco Unified Computing System Solutions. DCUCI is also one of the requirements for Channel Partners looking for accreditation for the Cisco UCS ATP Programme.Course Objectives
