The Cisco Unified Communications Architecture and Design (UCAD) training course has been designed to provide an overview of all of the components in a Cisco Unified Communications solution and demonstrates how to effectively engineer and design a Cisco Unified Communications call control solution.Target Audience
Candidates who should consider attending the UCAD 642-415 Cisco training course include Network architects who design converged networks, system engineers who design customer and organisation solutions, and network engineers who wish to understand the high-level design process.Course Objectives

Course Prerequisites
Prior to attending the UCAD 642-415 Cisco training course, candidates should have attended and passed ICND1, ICND2, DESGN, CVOICE, CIPT1, QOS and TDM Telephony or have equivalent experience to fully benefit from this course.Testing and Certification
The UCAD Cisco training course is the recommended preparation for the 642-415 UCAD - Unified Communications Architecture and Design exam.Please note that completion of Cisco Lifecycle Services for Advanced Unified Communications (LCSAUC) and Implementing Cisco Quality of Service(QoS) are also required in order to achieve the Cisco IP Telephony Design Specialist certification.
