Course Overview

The Designing for Cisco Internetwork Solutions (DESGN) Cisco training course has been designed to enable candidates to understand the internetworking requirements, identify solutions, design the network infrastructure and services to ensure the basic functionality of the proposed solutions. This course will provide candidates with the necessary skills and knowledge required to achieve Cisco Certified Design Associate (CCDA) level competency in network design.

Candidates who should consider attending the DESGN 640-863 Cisco training course are those aiming to achieve Cisco Certified Design Associate (CCDA) certification and those individuals targeting towards achieving Cisco Certified Design Professional (CCDP) certification. Course Prerequisites

Candidates attending the DESGN 640-863 Cisco training course should hold a valid CCNA Certification. Building Converged Cisco Multilayer Switched Networks (BCMSN) is also strongly recommended and students with Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or equivalent level of knowledge and experience are likely to have the advantage of being able to participate more actively in classroom discussions.

Testing and Certification

The DESGN Cisco training course is the recommended preparation for the 640-863 DESGN exam and helps to prepare candidates for their CCDA certification.
